What is the Career-Matching Method?

The Career-Matching Method
is a
scientifically-based program designed to
help individuals identify a successful and
satisfying career.

The Method, developed by Dr. Ben
Accomando, is based on research in the
fields of Career Satisfaction and Career
Success. Data show that the ability to be
successful, happy, and satisfied at work is
dependent on a series of important
factors that each individual utilizes at the
job.

The most important factors, both
identifiable and measurable, were selected
and a research-based search was
conducted to select the most valid and
reliable tests to evaluate these factors.
The purpose of the program is to assess
the individual's important factors, (career
choices, skills, abilities, IQ. etc.). Then,
the test results, once analyzed, are
compared against the identified Golden
Standards' requirements for each career
selected. The goal is to achieve the best
match between individual's important
factors assessed, the career choices
desired and the Golden Standard factors
for each career.
