We help your key decision makers receive ongoing development and training to

Our development programs include a five step process:

1. Assessment:

We meet with individuals and management to define the areas of concern and expected outcomes. We then utilize interviewing
and testing to gain a greater understanding of the issues to be addressed.

2. Evaluation:

We prepare a comprehensive summary of our findings, identifying the individual’s strengths and weaknesses and establish
both the individual and management goals.

3. Plan of Action:

We utilize a number of methods, including a variety of daily activities and exercises, recording the
outcomes and analyzing progress and results.

4. Follow-up Assessment:

We set a timeframe to do a follow-up assessment to assure the new behaviors are successfully in place.
When indicated we may need to alter the plan of action to achieve desired results.

5. Ongoing Feedback:

We provide feedback on progress to the individual and management. We also listen to the feedback from
the individual and management and make any adjustments as needed.
